This entire company is awesome joke. We purchased bearing hubs in 2014. We used them for a bit, they broke. Returned under warranty for a new set. New set broke. Returned again, then decided to purchaser another brand from a different store. Never used the 3rd set. Have tried for 3 weeks to return these. Initially told we couldn't return because they are not in original box. That doesn't matter, I have the reciept. Called corporate and was told to go back to the store and get refund. Tried to refund. We were told we couldn't because the receipt shows no cash exhanged. Well duh, they were a warranty return. Called corporate again. They said they could give us in-store credit. Ok fine. Tried to take them back and the manager was not there. The employees working said they couldn't return the parts because there is no manager and corporate is closed (it was the weekend). Spoke to corporate again today, the told us to go back to the store, speak specifically to the manager, Nicole. I called first and Nicole was not there and per another employee she is not the manager. Ugh!!!! Called about an hour later, spoke to Nicole and she said she can not do the return because the number she has for corporate is an invalid number! Does anyone at this stupid store know what the hell they are doing!?!?! The left hand clearly does not speak to the right hand. We will NEVER do business with this company again. May not matter to them, but I don't care. Feedback: Get employees that know what they are doing, know how to communicate and back what corporate tells them to do.
